Chapter 1 - Abuse and violence | |

I call on Animus, | |
2. |
the singularity of mind of Humanity. |

3. |
I call on aeon, | |
4. |
the ancestors and guardians in heaven |
|
5. |
Hear our calls on behalf of all who are abused: |
|
6. |
For children, who suffer at the hands |
|
7. |
of parents whom they trust and love. |
|
8. |
For spouses, beaten and destroyed |
|
9. |
by those who promised to love |
|
10. |
and to cherish them forever. |
|
11. |
For all people ignored, hated and cheated by their peers, neighbours or society. |
|
12. |
Give them the awareness and understanding that those who inflict pain and suffering do so because of their own self-hate and ignorance. |
|
13. |
Grant them the cleansing tranquility of compassion to forgive those that hurt and in doing so, grow even more in life. |
|
14. |
So be it. |
|
15. |
My mind is immortal, |
|
16. |
my mind is eternal, |
|
17. |
my mind is untouchable. |
|
18. |
My awareness is beyond this point, |
|
19. |
my awareness is of the beauty of life, |
|
20. |
my awareness is of the happiest moments of my life. |
|
21. |
You can crush my skin and bones, |
|
22. |
you can inflict pain on this body, |
|
23. |
but you will never touch my mind. |
|
24. |
My mind is free, |
|
25. |
My mind is free of pain |
|
26. |
My mind is free of the memory of pain. |
|
27. |
I forgive you for your ignorance |
|
28. |
I forgive you for your hate |
|
29. |
In forgiving you I free myself |
