The elected spiritual leadership of One-Heaven is the Great Council of Saints, representing the 144,000 entities and human spirits that manage the affairs of One Heaven on behalf of the membership under the wise guide of the Official Patron and official representatives of the Patron.

The confirmed names of the Saints |

By the constitution of One-Heaven, the date for confirmation of the 144,000 saints and representatives of the Great Council of One-Heaven is 2012 being the equal and collective names selected and voted by the members of One-Spirit-Tribe, One-Islam and One-Spirit-Tribe at the Great Conclave of 2012. |

The saints of Hinduism and Buddhism |

By article 7 of the constitution of One-Spirit-Tribe, it shall be the solemn duty of the faithful members of One-Spirit-Tribe in 2012 to elect approximately 48,000 of the 144,000 of One-Heaven. These 48,000 shall be the most holy and revered saints of the history of Hinduism and Buddhism. |
