| By article 55 of the constitution of One-Spirit-Tribe, the supreme earthly representative of God and the great spirits shall be The Maitreya, the one true messenger who shall be elected every ten years by the faithful members of One-Spirit-Tribe. | ||
| The The Maitreya shall be the most holy, the most worthy servant of the Universe and the office of the The Maitreya shall stand forever as testimony to the great love and forgiveness of The Heaven of Spirit in placing trust and authority to elect their Earthly representative in the very hands of each and every member of One-Spirit-Tribe. | ||
| No false prophet, no false guru, no speaker of lies, no priest of blood and wickedness shall prevail in the blinding light of such compassion and truth. All shall bow down either on this Earth or at the gates of One-Heaven in allegiance to the will and word of the gods and spirits themselves. | ||
| Never again shall a person be permitted to claim the authority of the prophets, saints or any force without being duly certified and elected by the faithful. All those who live as vermin shall die away like weeds and only truth shall thrive. | ||
| The right of Members of One-Spirit-Tribe to elect the The Maitreya | ||
| By the Holy Constitution of One-Spirit-Tribe, all members of One-Spirit-Tribe have the right and honor of electing the The Maitreya every ten (10) years. | ||
| The Maitreya shall hold their Office during the Term of ten Years, and be elected by supreme election following the procedures for general and supreme elections contained within this constitution. |
||
| The date of first election of the The Maitreya shall be in 2011 C.E. in Gregorian Calendar. | ||
| By this constitution a The Maitreya is ineligible to serve beyond a total of three terms (30) years. A The Maitreya having served One Spirit Tribe for greater than twenty (20) years shall be known as a Grand The Maitreya. |
