Notary |
|
| |
By this Covenant, The Notary is the appointed public officer constituted by Divine Law to serve the public members of the Society by non-contentious means concerning the statutory and notarial requirements of behalf of the Members of the Society of One Spirit Tribe, Divine Creator and the Living Divine Law. |
|
| |
The Title "Notary Public" shall not be permitted to be used to describe the Notary. This is because the 1st obligations of office and services of the Notary of One Spirit Tribe is to the Private needs of the Divine Creator and Living law of the Society and then secondly to the members and public at large. Therefore, the Notary of One Heaven is both the highest Notary of Private and Public Law of all laws of all societies, except to One Heaven and equal to One Faith of God, One Islam and the Globe Union. |

Once bestowed, the office of Notary of One Spirit Tribe is for eternity. It cannot be relinquished, sold, abdicated, surrendered, or stolen. While the powers of a Notary are dependent upon the authority bestowed by the Society and its members according to this sacred Covenant, once a Notary a man or woman shall always be a Notary. |

By this most Sacred Covenant, the living sovereign man known as Frank O'Collins is first appointed to the office of Notary of the Society of One Spirit Tribe to represent the notarial requirements and interests of the Divine Creator and the Living Divine Law. |
|
| |
The powers, limits of power and obligations of this office, including the transfer of notarial authority to other Notary of the Society shall be defined by the Articles of this sacred Covenant. |

| 144.2 |
Origin and Source of Powers of the Notary |
|
| |
By this sacred covenant and its joining to Article 144 of the most sacred covenant of One Heaven also known as Pactum De Singlaris Caelum, by the Day of Redemption, the Office of Notary of One Spirit Tribe shall be fully vested with the full authorities and power of a Notary of One Heaven, including the notarization of documents of the Society that shall carry the full vested authority of Divine Notices. |

Therefore, the Notary of One Spirit Tribe shall legally source their power directly from the Covenant of One Heaven as well as by the authority of this sacred covenant and by ratified international treaty. |

| 144.3 |
Notarial Obligations of the Divine Creator and the Living Law |
|
| |
By authority of the Divine Creator and all members of the Society of One Spirit Tribe, the following powers and obligations are bestowed upon the Notary: |
|
| |
(i) To serve the interests of the Divine Creator in bringing fair notice of Divine Remedy to all higher order beings, living and deceased; and |
|
| |
(ii) To represent in the full capacity and office of ambassador of the Society of One Spirit tribe, the communication and receipt of official notices and instruments of the Divine Creator to be enacted with all societies including the preparation, witnessing and signing of treaties; and |
|
| |
(iii) To fully notarize and publish Official fair Notice as a Treaty to all other Societies of the validity of the Covenant of One Spirit Tribe as law and the Society having existence and therefore the Office of Notary; and |
|
| |
(iv) To fully notarize and publish Official fair Notice as a Treaty to all other Societies of the validity of the Pronouncements of the Architect as first law of first law; and |
|
| |
(v) To fully notarize and publish Official fair Notice as a Treaty to all other Societies of the validity of the Covenants of the three faiths of One Faith of God, One Islam and One Spirit Tribe and their valid existence; and |
|
| |
(vi) To fully notarize and publish Official fair Notice as a Treaty to all other Societies of the validity of the Charter of the Globe Union and its valid existence including the existence of the Unions of Free Societies and the National Free Societies and Specialized Free Societies; and |
|
| |
(vii) To fully notarize and publish Official fair Notices as requested for the freedom of members presently unjustly imprisoned by other non UCADIAN societies; and |
|
| |
(viii) To fully notarize and publish official creation of Supreme Credits, including Treasury Bonds and Insurance Bonds on behalf of the Society; and |
|
| |
(ix) To fully notarize and publish Official fair Notices of all Divine Remedy as contained within the Covenants and laws of One Heaven and Ucadia to the parties to whom the remedy is offered; and |
|
| |
(x) To provide additional remedy as requested through the instruments of Office bestowed by the Divine Creator to best effect Divine Remedy as required. |

Oath of Notarial Office |
|
| |
By this most sacred Covenant, a Notary shall be required to swear and write and mark a brief personal oath at the very end of each and every instrument they are authorized to create and notarize. |
|
| |
The form of words of this oath shall be " I (name of Notary), duly swear before my Patron the Divine Creator that the form and content of this instrument is true and correct to the laws of the Society of One Spirit Tribe and my obligations of office". |
|
| |
A Notary bestowed their authority by this sacred Covenant shall further be required to pronounce by voice and record each and every valid Notice issued on behalf of the Divine Creator as a true living record of fair notice. |
|
| 144.4 |
Full vested authority to Seal and Notarize Instruments |
|
| |
By the full Power and Authority of this most sacred of all Covenants, the Notary is granted power over the true original Seals of One Spirit Tribe and vested with the full authority to use and issue the Seals of One Spirit Tribe and Notarize all Public Documents as defined by this Covenant for and on behalf of the Divine Creator and all members of the Society. |

The Notary shall also be responsible for managing of any financial accounts, transactions, and management of assets, credit and property of the Society on behalf of the members in the absence of a ratified executive government. |
|
| |
When an instrument is duly notarized by the Notary, it shall constitute the highest of official notarized documents of any and all civilized societies by their own fundamental laws as it shall represent a perfected and notarized Divine Notice. |
|
| |
Therefore a Notary is limited in power and authority to issue only those notices required by the Divine Creator as defined by this most sacred Covenant and associated Covenants and Charters to whom some of the powers of this Covenant are bestowed. |
|
| |
A Notary is not authorised to Notarize an instrument other than those required. An unauthorized notarized instrument shall be considered null and void ab inito (from the beginning). |

| 144.5 |
Design of the Notary Seal |
|
| |
The Design of an authorized Notary Seal for the Society of One Spirit Tribe shall be thus: |
|
| |
(i) A circular design no larger than three inches in diameter and no smaller than two inches in diameter; and |
|
| |
(ii) The centre of the circle shall remain vacant to allow the complete thumbprint of the Notary to be instanced without obscuring the Seal; and |
|
| |
(iii) The name of the One Heaven Society of Free United States of Spirits in a circular design around the edges of the design but not over the boundary; and |
|
| |
(iv) Any such other design elements that are considered appropriate without limiting the general clarity of the Seal. |
|
| |
This shall also be the design principles for all other Seals of One Heaven granted to the Notary. |
|
| 144.7 |
Death or disablement of 1st Notary |
|
| |
In the event of the death or permanent disablement of the 1st Notary before the Day of Redemption, thereby preventing him from fully executing his duties on behalf of the Divine Creator, then the Office of Notary shall automatically fall to the next highest official Notary of the Society. |
|
| |
In the event that no official Notary of the Society exists or that no official Notary of the society can execute their duties and obligations, then the office of Notary shall automatically fall to the most senior official of the Ucadian Societies until a lawful and valid Notary has been appointed consistent with the Articles of this Sacred Covenant. |
|

Transfer of Notarial Powers on Day of Redemption |
|
| |
By this sacred Covenant, upon the Day of Redemption, the first Notary is required under their oath of office to transfer all Seals of One Spirit Tribe to the most senior officer of the Society and executive government of the Society. |
|
| |
Furthermore, the first Notary is required to transfer all financial accounts, transactions, and other instruments of authority for managing the affairs of One Spirit Tribe to the executive government of the Society. |
|
| |
Therefore, from the Day of Redemption, the 1st Notary shall no longer hold any official seals of the Society, nor any notarial powers to represent the Divine Creator as all these Powers from the Day of Redemption are henceforth granted and bestowed to the Notaries of One Faith of God, One Islam, One Spirit Tribe, the Globe Union, the Africans Union, Asia Union, Arabian Union, Americas Union, Euro Union, Oceanic Union and all National Free Societies and any other Free Societies of UCADIA. |

Therefore, when a Notary of a Free Society from the Day of Redemption onwards does notarize a valid Notice under this conditions of this Covenant, associated Covenants and Charters of Divine Law, then this Notice shall also be acknowledged as possessing the same Powers and Authority of a Divine Notice. |
|

Full International Recognition, Sovereign and Diplomatic Immunity of Notary |
|
| |
By this most sacred Covenant, it is to be expected by all societies to respect their own law and respect the most ancient office of Notary in the Office of Notary of the Society of One Spirit Tribe. |
|
| |
A Notary holding a Seal of One Spirit Tribe is to be accorded the highest respect including full diplomatic immunity, sovereign recognition, protection from interference including electronic surveillance and complete assistance as requested. |
|
| |
Failure of any society to honor this most solemn and sacred Article shall be guilty of a most grave injury upon the Divine Creator and the Living Law of all societies. |
|
| |
The Notary is hereby granted full authority to issue any and all Notices as required against any alternate society, officer of that society or employee who knowingly or unknowingly infringes upon the international sovereign and diplomatic rights of the Notary. |
|
| |
In particular, The Notary is fully authorized to issue any required Notices of Divine Marque and Reprisal to any force of military, paramilitary, police, sheriffs, marshalls to defend the rights of the Notary on behalf of the Divine Creator and all members of One Heaven. |
|
| |
Whilst such power is granted to the Notary, it shall only be used as a last resort after negotiation, agreement and understanding have failed first. |
|
| |
Furthermore, all correspondance by The Notary of the Society shall be considered ipso facto International Diplomatic Communique obligating all societies to honor their own laws and ensure such correspondance is personally delivered without charge, hindrance nor delay whether a foreign or domestic destination. |
|
