58.1	Great order of austerity
	For many believers in many cultures around the planet, their practice of faith is performed in a strict code of rules. In a rich tradition of saints, they see the wisdom in a simple life removed from the noise of technology and complexity. They respect and seek the traditional codes of subordination of women, of superiority of men, of abstinence and prayer.
	In respect to the devotion of these true followers of One Spirit Tribe, the One Spirit Tribe shall honor them with their own order known as the Great Order of Austerity.
	Not only shall all members of the great order of Austerity be able to control their own rules and codes of practice, but they shall also be able to elect their own leadership and representation while at the same time being part of the one united One Spirit Tribe.
58.2	The task of guarding the most sacred objects of One Spirit Tribe
	In exchange for those most austere to One Spirit Tribe agreeing to become one with One Spirit Tribe, this Covenant, this new covenant charges The Great Order of Austerity with the task of protecting those places and people deemed most sacred to One Spirit Tribe.
	There can be no greater honour to a warrior of the faith to be known as a Guard of One Spirit Tribe. A Guard of One Spirit Tribe is one who would martyr his own live than see the life taken of another, except in the protection of that which is deemed most holy to One Spirit Tribe. A Guard of One Spirit Tribe is an elite, the highest of the warrior poets, a hero of the faith.
	It is by these words and by this Covenant that all warriors are called upon to lay down their arms in hate and anger and seek to become greater beings. To seek to be selected as a Guard of One Spirit Tribe. A protector of the faith and a guardian against evil.
58.3	Guard of One Spirit Tribe
	The Guard of One Spirit Tribe shall only be selected from members of the Great Order of Austerity. They will be an elite group of men who have extensive defence and attack arts training and have excelled in academic qualifications. They will be charged with responsibility for protection of all the most sacred places to One Spirit Tribe and all people deemed most holy to the faith.
	The Guard of One Spirit Tribe will provide constant protection to The Maitreya, all Sacred Elder and Tribal Chief. They shall also be charged with the task of assisting national governments in the pursuit of renegades and evangelists who still seek to kill others in the name of One Great Spirit.
	The Guard of One Spirit Tribe shall also provide security analysis and detection of potential threats made on the lives of any officials.
58.3	Secretary-General of the Great Order of Austerity
	The executive Power of the Great Order of Austerity shall be vested in an executive government comprising a Secretary-General, and the Supreme Board of the Great Order of Austerity.
	The Secretary-General is the supreme leader of the Great Order of Austerity, its head of state and prime representative to the world. The office of Secretary-General is the highest elected office of the Order and at all times should be considered with the greatest dignity and respect. It shall be equivelent in rank to that of a Lama.
	Power of the Secretary-General
	By virtue of this Covenant and covenant, the Secretary-General is vested with the executive authority to manage the needs and affairs of the Great Order of Austerity through the selection or dismissal of wise counsel in the form of their Supreme Board of Directors, the agencies, officials and administration of the Order.
	The Secretary-General shall have the authority of official spokesman for the Great Order of Austerity during their time of office and all members of the Order must obey his command.
	The Secretary-General shall have the authority over all agencies and Supreme Directors as Chairman of the Supreme Board of Directors of the Order. As Chairman, the Secretary-General may choose to overrule motions of the Board and select the agenda and minutes of the Board meetings.
	The Secretary-General shall automatically be a permanent member of the Supreme Board of Directors of One-Spirit-Tribe and shall report directly to the Maitreya.
	The Secretary-General shall be a permanent member of a number of Supreme Boards of One Spirit Tribe including: Ceremonial Systems, Membership and Support, Pilgrimage and the Guard of One Spirit Tribe. The Secretary-General has the right to appoint a temporary or permanent representative to attend all meetings in their absence.
	Term of the Secretary-General
	The Secretary-General shall hold their Office during the Term of ten (10) Years, and be a direct appointment of the Maitreya of a member of the Great Order of Austerity with at least ten (10) years standing.
	Maximum term tenure of the Secretary General
	By this Covenant a Secretary-General is ineligible to serve beyond a total of three terms (30) years.
	The Official Seal of the Secretary-General
	In respect to the high office of the Secretary-General, by the power of this Covenant an official seal shall be forged and it shall be known as the Official Seal of the Secretary-General of the Great Order of Austerity. Each Secretary-General shall have their own unique official seal based on the common seal of office. All official acts of the Secretary-General shall require this Seal to be affixed as verification of its authenticity.
