| Article 39- Membership Exclusion | ||
| 39.1 | Membership exclusion | |
| Membership exclusion to the one One Spirit Tribe shall be one of the greatest shames and penalties bestowed upon those that transgress and choose to ignore the word of One Great Spirit and truth of the rules and law of this Covenant. | ||
| 39.2 | Exclusion of those who murder in the name of the Universe or some God | |
| All those individuals who hold positions of authority in any organization, whether it be an official political party, religious movement or other association that actively kills people and/or destroys the property of others in the name of the Universe or any God shall be excluded from eligibility for membership of One Spirit Tribe. | ||
| They shall be known as the deluded, the evil ones, who defile the name of the Universe. A man or woman having such membership or association to an organization that resigns from such an organization and renounces such an organization and holds true for at least two years or more, shall be eligible for membership. | ||
| 39.3 | Exclusion of those previously expelled from One Spirit Tribe | |
| All those individuals having been officially expelled from One Spirit Tribe shall be ineligible to be sponsored for membership for a period of not less than seven (7) years. | ||
| 39.4 | Exclusion of those seeking to harm One Spirit Tribe | |
| All those individuals seeking to deliberately and premeditatedly disrupt and harm the good name of One Spirit Tribe, whether of their own volition or on behalf of an organization or group shall be excluded from membership to One Spirit Tribe. | ||
| 39.5 | Exclusion of men and women convicted of violent or sexual related crimes in past fourteen years | |
| A man or woman convicted of a violent or sexual related crime in which the sentence was a custodial sentence of not less than two (2) years, shall be excluded from eligibility for membership for a period of not less than fourteen (14) years from the final date of completion of the sentence. | ||
| 39.6 | Exclusion of children less than twelve (12) years of age | |
| A child aged less than twelve (12) years, is ineligible to apply for membership of One Spirit Tribe and therefore is excluded from membership until their twelfth birthday. | ||
| 39.7 | Exclusion of the author | |
| For his hubris, for his arrogance, the author of this document shall be excluded for any membership, office or worship by true followers of One Spirit Tribe. For what man brings such words to life? | ||
| For the arrogance of conceiving of such an idea as this document, the author shall be exiled from One Spirit Tribe, an outcast. Thus the prophecy shall be fulfilled as he is truly "an exile in his own land". | ||
| While aid and comfort to him whilst he live be a blessing, no worship or speak of his name shall be permitted. Such acts constitute a defilement of the new covenant that all the true followers of the wisdom of One Great Spirit are anointed equally, with none above the other. | ||
| His name shall be at the pinnacle of shame in the One Jerusalem, the monument to the exiles, to all those who have hurt mankind, all those who have killed, who have defiled the many names of the One. | ||
| And so if in our ignorance of the wisdom of the one we should curse those who have hurt us then we shall also be cursing the authors name and this document. For a curse given is a curse received. That if one Homo Sapien soul remains cursed then all of mankind is cursed. | ||
| Thus again fulfils the prophecy of compassion. | ||
