| 9.1 | Structure of Covenant | |
| The Covenant is structured into building blocks of clauses, which in turn form Articles which then form parts. |

| The Covenant is made up of 144 Articles, which is then assembled into 9 parts. Subject to any future valid amendments, this shall remain the core structure of the Covenant. |

| 9.2 | In effect of stylized format on meaning of Covenant |

| The stylized features used in this Covenant are for cosmetic improvement of understanding only. These features shall have no impact on the clauses of the Covenant. |
||
| 9.3 | Non applicable rules of Capitalization | |
| The use or non use of capitalization within this document shall have no bearing upon the validity of a clause or article. No common or ancient laws concerning the use of capitalization may be used to reduce a claim or dispute the validity of any part of this Covenant. | ||
