97.1	Education Systems
	The education of all children and members of One Spirit Tribe shall be a primary concern of the organisation. It shall remain a primary goal of service to all the faithful members of One Spirit Tribe that the supreme, national, regional and local administration of One Spirit Tribe assist in the better education and self-knowledge all members and all persons.
	And in seeking to ensure that certain standards of quality and excellence are administered in the education of the young and all the faithful, by this constitution there shall be adopted supreme education standards and syllabus of approved learning texts and methods.
	Furthermore, it shall be a requirement of this constitution that all professed teachers of the one true One Spirit Tribe shall be registered by the appropriate administration of One Spirit Tribe and certified as having the qualifications and good character to represent the wisdom of One Great Spirit to the faithful. It shall be considered a crime against One Spirit Tribe to seek to teach the faithful without having proper certification.
	No person preaching harm unto others, or death in the name of One Great Spirit shall be permitted to be certified to teach in the name of One Great Spirit. Such persons themselves will forfeit membership altogether if forgiveness and remorse not shown.
97.2	Director of Supreme Education Systems
	The Director of Supreme Education Systems of One Spirit Tribe shall be vested with the sole authority of the good management of the education systems and assets of One Spirit Tribe and the operation of the Supreme Education Agency of One Spirit Tribe.
	The Director of Supreme Education Systems of One Spirit Tribe shall be a direct appointment by employment contract of The Maitreya upon approval of the Supreme Council for whatever term The Maitreya deems is appropriate.
	The role of Director of Supreme Education Systems of One Spirit Tribe shall hold the dual position as a member of the Supreme Council with all the privileges and power of the role.The tenure as Supreme Councilor is determined by the concurrent tenure as a Director of Supreme Education Systems of One Spirit Tribe.
	The Director of Supreme Education Systems of One Spirit Tribe shall also be a member of the Supreme Board ("the Blessed") charged with the responsibility of managing the day to day affairs of One Spirit Tribe.
	As Director of the Supreme Education Systems of One Spirit Tribe, it is tasked to this person the burden of protecting and ensuring the best possible standards of education for all the faithful of One Spirit Tribe. It is also the primary responsibility of the Director of the Supreme Education Systems of One Spirit Tribe to manage the Supreme Syllabus which outlines all approved teaching literature, texts and methods for all certified teaching.
97.3	Supreme Education Secretariat of One Spirit Tribe
	The Supreme Education Secretariat of One Spirit Tribe shall be responsible for the administrative duties of the Director of Supreme Education Systems of One Spirit Tribe and his reports to the Supreme Board and the Supreme Council.
97.4	Supreme Board of Education Systems of One Spirit Tribe
	To ensure the good conduct of all office bearers and the fulfillment of services consistent with the rules of this constitution a permanent committee known as the Supreme Board of Education Systems of One Spirit Tribe shall be established.
	The Chairman of this Board shall be the Director of Supreme Education Systems of One Spirit Tribe and the remaining members of the Board shall be the appointed National Directors of Education Systems of One Spirit Tribe in the various sovereign nations in which One One Spirit Tribe is established.
	As Chairman of this Supreme Board of Education Systems, the Director of Supreme Education Systems of One Spirit Tribe shall have the power to set all agendas, date for meetings and minutes of meetings. By this constitution, the Supreme Board of Education Systems shall meet not less than four (4) times a year.
	Vested by this constitution, the Supreme Board of Education Systems of One Spirit Tribe shall have the power to veto the executive orders of the Chairman on a vote of simple majority with each member having one vote. However, the Board shall not have the power to veto motions relating to the payment of expenses and income.
	Vested by this constitution it shall be the primary responsibility of the Supreme Board of Education Systems to set the Supreme Syllabus guidelines for all proposed syllabus amendments and enhancements within 5 year, 10 year and 20 year time horizons.
97.5	Supreme Education Agency of One Spirit Tribe
	By this constitution, a permanent agency shall be established for the ongoing provision and management of knowledge and information services for One Spirit Tribe. This agency shall be known as the Supreme Education Agency of One Spirit Tribe.
	By this constitution the day to day management of the Supreme Education Agency of One Spirit Tribe shall be vested in the sole authority of the Director of Supreme Knowledge Systems of One Spirit Tribe upon the approval of major decisions by the Supreme Board of Knowledge Systems of One Spirit Tribe.
	It shall be the primary mission of the Supreme Education Agency of One Spirit Tribe to ensure that the complete knowledge and information needs of the organisation are considered as a whole and are met according to budgeted requirements and priorities.
	Specifically, the agency shall also be responsible for handling the Supreme Lists of One Spirit Tribe which are then used by different parts of the organisation to provide additional services.
