95.1	Contribution Systems
	The survival and health of One One Spirit Tribe depends upon the support of all the faithful. For those that earn more than the average wage, theirs is the responsibility of contribution of tidings- a portion of their earned wealth to the greater One Spirit Tribe.
	In turn, such nobility and compassion shown by members of the faithful shall enable the One One Spirit Tribe to help those of the family less fortune and in desperate need. That no one who believes in One Great Spirit shall go hungry again. That no one who believes in One Great Spirit shall be in need of shelter or of meaningful work or assistance.
	The level of exemption of contribution and the level of contribution itself shall be set upon the wisdom of The Maitreya and the Supreme Council. It shall be then encumbered upon all the faithful to heed his call to assist the One One Spirit Tribe and contribute a portion of their earnings as directed.
	In recognizing then the importance of self dignity and recognition, it shall be directed that tidings shall never be permitted to be set greater than one sixth of a persons income.
95.2	Director of Supreme Contribution Systems
	The Director of Supreme Contribution Systems of One Spirit Tribe shall be vested with the sole authority of the good management of the contribution systems of One Spirit Tribe and the operation of the Supreme Contributions Agency of One Spirit Tribe.
	The Director of Supreme Contributions Systems of One Spirit Tribe shall be a direct appointment by employment contract of The Maitreya upon approval of the Supreme Council for whatever term The Maitreya deems is appropriate.
	The role of Director of Supreme Contributions Systems of One Spirit Tribe shall hold the dual position as a member of the Supreme Council with all the privileges and power of the role.The tenure as Supreme Councilor is determined by the concurrent tenure as a Director of Supreme Contributions Systems of One Spirit Tribe.
	The Director of Supreme Contributions Systems of One Spirit Tribe shall also be a member of the Supreme Board ("the Blessed") charged with the responsibility of managing the day to day affairs of One Spirit Tribe.
95.3	Supreme Contributions Secretariat of One Spirit Tribe
	The Supreme Contributions Secretariat of One Spirit Tribe shall be responsible for the administrative duties of the Director of Supreme Contributions Systems of One Spirit Tribe and his reports to the Supreme Board and the Supreme Council.
95.4	Supreme Board of Contribution Systems of One Spirit Tribe
	To ensure the good conduct of all office bearers and the fulfillment of services consistent with the rules of this constitution a permanent committee known as the Supreme Board of Contribution Systems of One Spirit Tribe shall be established.
	The Chairman of this Board shall be the Director of Supreme Contribution Systems of One Spirit Tribe and the remaining members of the Board shall be the appointed National Directors of Contribution Systems of One Spirit Tribe in the various sovereign nations in which One One Spirit Tribe is established.
	As Chairman of this Supreme Board of Contribution Systems, the Director of Supreme Contribution Systems of One Spirit Tribe shall have the power to set all agendas, date for meetings and minutes of meetings. By this constitution, the Supreme Board of Contribution Systems shall meet not less than four (4) times a year.
	Vested by this constitution, the Supreme Board of Contribution Systems of One Spirit Tribe shall have the power to veto the executive orders of the Chairman on a vote of simple majority with each member having one vote. However, the Board shall not have the power to veto motions relating to the payment of expenses and income.
95.5	Supreme Contributions Agency of One Spirit Tribe
	By this constitution, a permanent agency shall be established for the ongoing provision and coordination of financial contributions to One Spirit Tribe. This agency shall be known as the Supreme Contributions Agency of One Spirit Tribe.
	By this constitution the day to day management of the Supreme Contributions Agency of One Spirit Tribe shall be vested in the sole authority of the Director of Supreme Contribution Systems of One Spirit Tribe upon the approval of major decisions by the Supreme Board of Contribution Systems of One Spirit Tribe.
	It shall be the primary mission of the Supreme Contributions Agency of One Spirit Tribe to ensure that as many of the true followers who can financial make a contribution do so in the most efficient and cost effective manner.
	Specifically, the agency shall also be responsible for general project fundraising and managing total contributions by member. The largest donors to One Spirit Tribe shall form an important part of the Annual Plan for the faithful of One Great Spirit by The Maitreya.
