For many believers in the truth and wisdom of the words of One Great Spirit, their lives are best fulfilled in the pursuit of technology and greater wisdom. One Spirit Tribe has a proud tradition as a faith of wisdom. The great scholars are saints who preserved much of the great and ancient wisdom of humanity. |

In honour to them and to those who wish to pursue their faith, the one One Spirit Tribe shall honor them with their own church known as the Great Order of Wisdom. |
|
| |
It shall be charged to this great order the spread of this message and the management of the wisdom of One Spirit Tribe. It shall be charged to this great order the task none other than uniting One Spirit Tribe as one. |

Missionary work |

| |
It is only in the pursuit of great wisdom and knowledge can we truly appreciate the world and wonder of the works of the universe. Without education we are blind to the colours and textures of life. We are ignorant to the mysteries of seasons and life and the afterlife. We fail to see his great plan. That first comes the darkness and now the light. |
|

It shall be tasked by this constitution to the the Great order of Wisdom that all the faithful shall be educated in the great wisdom of humanity and the one true faith. That they shall learn about other cultures and other belief systems. That they shall learn the importance of values and the special role the creator has for them all. |
|
| |
To this end, members of the Great Order of Wisdom are charged with the task of seeking out new places to spread the truth of the One. They are charged with the challenge to seek to convert those of the old ways, the misguided ways to the new idea of the united faith. They are the ambassadors of the new covenant in the lands of danger. They are the saints of mission. |

Education |

In all communities, it shall be the task of the Great Order of Wisdom to provide such education services that all children and adults are able to learn the great wisdom of the one spirit tribe. |

The Great Dreams and art of Heaven |
|
| |
And by the blessed conjoining of this document to the constitution of One Heaven it shall be known that the Great Order of Wisdom shall be the custodians and judges of the great dreams and art of One Heaven. |
|

For by the conjoining of this document to the constitution of One Heaven what is conceived on Earth shall be conceived in Heaven. That what the faithful dream of heaven to be, so it shall. |

Secretary-General of the Great Order of Wisdom |
|
| |
The executive Power of the Great Order of Wisdom shall be vested in an executive government comprising a Secretary-General, and the Supreme Board of the Great Order of Wisdom.
|
|
| |
The Secretary-General is the supreme leader of the Great Order of Wisdom, its head of state and prime representative to the world. The office of Secretary-General is the highest elected office of the Order and at all times should be considered with the greatest dignity and respect. It shall be equivelent in rank to that of a Lama.

Power of the Secretary-General |

By virtue of this Constitution and covenant, the Secretary-General is vested with the executive authority to manage the needs and affairs of the Great Order of Wisdom through the selection or dismissal of wise counsel in the form of their Supreme Board of Directors, the agencies, officials and administration of the Order.

The Secretary-General shall have the authority of official spokesman for the Great Order of Wisdom during their time of office and all members of the Order must obey his command.
|
|
| |
The Secretary-General shall have the authority over all agencies and Supreme Directors as Chairman of the Supreme Board of Directors of the Order. As Chairman, the Secretary-General may choose to overrule motions of the Board and select the agenda and minutes of the Board meetings.

The Secretary-General shall automatically be a permanent member of the Supreme Board of Directors of One-Spirit-Tribe and shall report directly to the Maitreya. |
|
| |
The Secretary-General shall be a permanent member of a number of Supreme Boards of One Spirit Tribe including: Knowledge, Education, Technology Finance Management, Asset Management and Planning. The Secretary-General has the right to appoint a temporary or permanent representative to attend all meetings in their absence. |

Term of the Secretary-General |

The Secretary-General shall hold their Office during the Term of ten (10) Years, and be a direct appointment of the Maitreya of a member of the Great Order of Wisdom with at least ten (10) years standing. |
|

Maximum term tenure of the Secretary General |
|
| |
By this constitution a Secretary-General is ineligible to serve beyond a total of three terms (30) years. |
|

The Official Seal of the Secretary-General |
|
| |
In respect to the high office of the Secretary-General, by the power of this constitution an official seal shall be forged and it shall be known as the Official Seal of the Secretary-General of the Great Order of Wisdom. Each Secretary-General shall have their own unique official seal based on the common seal of office. All official acts of the Secretary-General shall require this Seal to be affixed as verification of its authenticity. |
