  Article 50- The Prime Warrants  
50.1 The prime warrants  
  By virtue of the existence of this constitution, by your words of Lord, this constitution recognizes a call to all faithful, a warrant to those that defy your word, your new covenant.  
  By virtue of the covenant this document represents, no organisation, institution, instrument of power, group or individual may claim higher authority. The highest authority is this document and no other.  
  As such, all organisations and institutions claiming heritage and agreement with you Lord are by default subservient to this document and this constitution, whether this be acknowledged or disputed. We call these the warrants and they shall be served in your name to all those that defy the words of this document.  
50.2 To those that continue to kill in your name  
  To those that continue to kill in your name we say stop. Blood is the old covenant, the old way. No longer does blood serve the honor of One Great Spirit. The Lord reveals himself to be much more, much greater and more powerful than death and war.  
  He gives us this constitution, this means of uniting all true followers of One Spirit Tribe. he gives space and support to all those who wish to serve him in their ways, those who choose the path of austerity, those who choose the path of wisdom and knowledge and those who choose to express it through their lives, work and families.  
  He gives us the way to free Jerusalem . To bring it into its rightful place as a place of most holy ground. He shows us much greater visions than the uniting of nations, of the taking of ground. He is an idea whose time has come and nothing can stop it.  
  By this warrant all those who continue to kill, all those who claim martyrdom in your name shall be false in their ways, blinded in ignorance and shamed in your presence. They will not see the promised heaven claimed. There will be no virgins, nor honey not comfort of loved ones. Their afterlife will be one of great sorrow in the isolation of your presence and any comfort. They shall be damned to exist alone in hell.  
  By this warrant they are compelled to stop in your name. To lay down arms. To take up the sword of wisdom and bring the faith together. Great heroes are made from men who have lived in darkness. The challenge of those who have spilled great blood and great sorrow in the name of One Great Spirit is to see his great plan and to become great saviors of peace. The truth of this warrant is clear. Let it be so.  
50.3 To those that preach and govern in his name  
  To those that preach and govern in his name, by this constitution a warrant is given to help fulfil his vision. To bring the faith together as one. To give his people their united voice. To accept his great plan and to be a person of peace, compassion and wisdom.  
  There can be no doubt that this covenant and constitution will one day be so. It may first have to battle ignorance and harm, the taunts of those blinded by their misguided ways. That leaders of nations that profess One Spirit Tribe, that religious leaders claim to honour your name, let it be so by uniting the faith under one system, one purpose.
