Of One Spirit Tribe

  If all these criteria are met then a person shall be considered a full member of One Spirit Tribe.
43.3 Membership keys
  In order for a person to be considered a provisional member and then a full member, they must be invited and given a unique key as part of this process.
  Even if a person is invited to join by a member, they must be allocated a unique key by that member as part of the invitation process.
  Furthermore, members shall be allocated a maximum possible number of keys after which they shall no longer be able to directly invite new members.
  By this constitution, this unique alpha numeric sequence or "key" shall be known as a Key of One Spirit Tribe and respected in itself as an object of great honor.
  Accordingly, each full member shall be bestowed several Keys of One Spirit Tribe with which they are expected to seek out other worthy individuals as potential candidates for membership.
  The number of keys allocated to a member shall be determined according to the Formula for Membership key allocation listed in this article.
43.4 Universal standard allocation of k eys to new full members
  All full members upon being recognized as a full member shall be allocated four (4) Keys of One Spirit Tribe immediately upon becoming a full member to enable them to invite four more people to join.
  This number shall never change and a new full member is not permitted to be given anymore Keys excepting under the guidelines stated in this Article.
43.5 Keys are non-transferrable and have a time expiry
  Keys allocated to a member are not transferrable to any other member. Once a valid key is used as part of an invitation for an individual to join One Spirit Tribe, it cannot be used again.
  In addition, all keys have a time expiry of 60 days after which time all unused keys shall be rendered null and void. A null key cannot be replaced.
  The deliberate action of a member to attempt to falsify keys, to seek to gain more legitimate keys or to abuse the key system shall be considered a grave offence liable to the expulsion of the member.
43.6 Time for calculations regarding Keys
  The time zone for calculating Keys shall be Greenwich Mean Time (GMT) midnight as the end, or the beginning of a new day concerning the expiry of Keys or the calculation of maximum keys for re-issue.
43.7 Formula for additional Membership key allocation
  The allocation of additional Keys of One Spirit Tribe to full members in order to invite worthy candidates for membership after they have successfully allocated their first four (4) keys shall be determined by formula.
  The formula shall be determined by these factors only:
  (i) The total number of members of One Spirit Tribe worldwide;
  The total number of members of One Spirit Tribe shall determine what overall system of maximum key allocation is in place. There shall be two systems of key allocation: the first being for when membership is less than one hundred million called the "first key allocation system" and the second being once membership reaches one hundred million or more called the "second key allocation system".
  (ii) Which allocation round the member has now reached;
  There shall be only three (3) allocation rounds in issuing additional keys to a member for direct recuitment. After the third round, no keys shall be permitted to be allocated to a member again for the life of their membership.
  (iii) The rate of successful membership recruitment.
  The rate of recuitment in the shortest timeframe shall mean a member is rewarded with the largest possible allocation of additional Keys. The smallest allocation shall be determined by the longest timeframe to allocate keys and recruit members.
  The allocation of keys from the beginning is not accumulative, but round by round. Therefore a member successfully recruiting six new members after being allocated a certain number of new Keys in the 1st round, will have their re-allocation of keys for the second round calculated on six, not six plus the first four members recuited in order to qualify for the first round.
43.8 First key allocation system
  The first key allocation system shall be in operation while total membership is less than one hundred million. The additional key allocation system is divided into three stages: 1st round allocation, 2nd round allocation and the 3rd and final round allocation.
  The number of additional keys allocated to a member in the 2nd and 3rd round are determined by the rate of key allocation and timeframe in the first round.
