| 42.1 | Privileges of membership of One Spirit Tribe | |
| To be a citizen of One Spirit Tribe is to be one of the blessed of One Great Spirit. One that is chosen to fulfil his new covenant and task on Earth. To bring peace, wisdom and harmony. To unite as one. | ||
| To be known as a citizen of One Spirit Tribe is the highest privilege. Greater than any national citizenship. Greater than any empire. | ||
| 1. Certificate of membership | ||
| That power of this Constitution conjoined with the holy constitution of One Heaven, all members of One-Spirit-Tribe have the privilege to a certificate of membership to One-Heaven, supporting their immutable right to One Heaven as well as an official certificate of membership of One-Spirit-Tribe. | ||
| The provision of certificates shall be subject to a small fee for the cost of their reproduction, administration and transport only . | ||
| 2. Invite up to a maximum of 144 individuals directly to be members | ||
| By this Constitution, full members have the privilege of being able to directly invite up to a maximum of 144 individuals to join One-Spirit-Tribe and in the process be sponsored by the member. | ||
| Furthermore, in these members being able to also introduce individuals to One-Spirit-Tribe, a member has the opportunity and privilege to develop and grow a membership network of a number of layers and several hundred, even several thousand members. | ||
| 3. Stand for office | ||
| A privilege of full membership is the ability to stand for office for election in local, regional, national and supreme positions according to the rules and conditions of this Constitution. | ||
| 4. Communicate to a membership network | ||
| A privilege of all members is the ability to communicate to their entire membership network under certain conditions while having the right to communicate without restriction to their immediate sponsored members. | ||
| Furthermore, members standing for office have the privilege of being able to post their candidacy, campaign pitch under limited communication standards to their downstream membership network to encourage support. | ||
