  Article 41- Rights of Membership of One Spirit Tribe  
41.1 Rights of Membership of One Spirit Tribe  
  A Citizen of One Spirit Tribe has many rights and honors fitting of such a title. They have no lesser task and right than to fulfil the wishes of One Great Spirit in selecting the very best of us to represent him on Earth.  
  As a citizen of One Spirit Tribe, a person has the right to vote for their local, regional, national and supreme leadership. The candidates for all those positions themselves being the most virtuous and noble of all of us. In so doing, we may all participate in the life and unity of the great family of One Spirit Tribe.  
  1. The right to be known as a citizen of One-Spirit  
  That a member shall hold the right to be known as a citizen of One-Spirit.  
  2. The right of eternal membership and entrance to One-Heaven  
  As a member of One-Spirit, a member also has the right to eternal membership and entrance to One-Heaven. This right cannot be taken away for any reason, even when a member may be expelled from One-Spirit-Tribe itself.  
  3. The right to universal respect  
  As a Citizen of One Spirit Tribe has the right of respect from any other human being no matter what culture, country or belief. A Citizen of One Spirit Tribe can stand proud as an enlightened human being, one who believes in their family, their culture and the betterment of humanity.  
  4. The right of reciprocal aid and safe harbour  
  As a member of one of the three great faiths conjoined to the constitution of One-Heaven, a citizen of One Spirit also has the right of aid and safe harbour from members of One Islam and One Faith. That whenever a member of a brother and sister religion call for assistance, a member is obligated to provide all necessary aid and safe harbour.  
  5. The right to democratically elect the Maitreya  
  A full member has the right to participate in the democract election of the Maitreya, the highest and most holy position and office of One Spirit Tribe. In this way, each member acts as a conduit for the will of the Universe in choosing his supreme appointed messenger on Earth.  
  6. The right to vote in all levels of elections  
  A full member has the right to vote by secret ballot in all levels of elections including supreme, national, regional and local for the election of officials of One Spirit Tribe according to the rules of this Constitution.  
  7. The right to communicate with sponsored members  
  A full member has the right to unhindered communication with their immediate sponsored members.  
41.2 Access to services  
  The organisation of a united One Spirit Tribe will have unprecedented resources and support to provide a range of important services to its citizens and non citizens alike.  
  In the first instance, it shall be a primary goal of a united One Spirit Tribe to ensure that all citizens have adequate food, shelter and water. That no citizen of One Spirit Tribe should sleep at night hungry, cold and alone. United we have the resources to make the lives all all the faithful better.  
  It was not humanity that created the wealth and abundance of the Earth, but One Great Spirit. It is hubris to believe that it is his will that we fritter that wealth away on expensive luxuries and excessive lifestyles when millions go hungry. A true follower of One Spirit Tribe is not one who flaunts their wealth even if wealth is bestowed upon them. A great saint of One Spirit Tribe is one who with extraordinary wealth and power contributes to supporting the services of a united One Spirit Tribe.
