Declaration
  
     
  In the name of One Great Spirit, the creator of our universe, the father of all of us, the bringer of life and wisdom.
  
  We praise you in the different names of our culture and faith. Some as the spirit, some as the many forms of your manifest. Some as the Earth mother, the land and all life.  
  We are united in our one praise to you and do beseech your blessing on this document and our words. That they bring honour to the memory of our ancestors.  
  That they may being honor to the spirit of the land and life. That they restore power and respect to our people and our way of life. That harmony shall prevail.  
1. The promise of the new world  
  It is in all of our hearts the common belief that we are promised at the end of this road the promise of a new world and a new life.  
  This is what keeps us standing, what gives us hope. That one day will come a Maitreya such as prophesied that will restore the wisdom and faith of the elders, will bring power and life back into our people.  
  So much in the world in which we live gives rise to the doubt of such hope. As if no hope may be coming, If we are truly abandoned.  
  But if the wisdom of our elders and ancestors are to be truly respected and believed then we must also believe that the time has come for that Maitreya to be revealed.  
  We see this Maitreya in this document, in the ideal for which it stands, that united the great indigenous cultures of the world may be strong and powerful, may be able to enact and effect change for good, may be able to actually restore harmony and balance.  
  It is the revelation that each of us are the Maitreya and that together united under the words of this great document we might forge a bond that no mortal shall break, that no army shall destroy, that no time shall end.  
  It shalll be the eternal covenant of our people to the One Great Spirit and the fulfillment of our destiny.  
2. A plan for that purpose  
  In the ideal of bring such purpose to our actions as to affect our future and destiny and be as one, this document exists. It exists as the plan and the affirmation of our common beliefs, the methods and procedures by which such authority and responsibility may be allocated.  
  There shall be do doubt as to its authority or importance. It is what has always been foretold.  
3. A knowledge structure for that purpose  
  To this end we see a structure in our plan, being the plan of this constitution.  
4. An organisation for that purpose  
  In order to own, manage the affairs of the One Spirit Tribe and to ensure the representation of all true servants of the One Great Spirit that an organisation be established for that purpose. This shall be the one true representation of The One Great Spirit, elected from all the true followers of One Spirit Tribe around the world.
 
5. A constitution to enable and empower the organisation
  
  In order to function, this organisation needs a constitution to enable the definition of services, procedures and goals as well as the best focus of resources towards the support of the faith.

 
6. Enaction
  
  We solemnly swear this document to be the one and only true Constitution by which The One One Spirit Tribe, The One True Faith, shall exist now and every point in its future.
